Established in 2022, Intrepid Brass Band is a Wichita, Kansas based community ensemble. We rehearse for three weeks (3 rehearsals and 1 dress rehearsal) leading up to our spring and fall shows, and once before our pops shows.

Our spring and fall shows feature challenging music written specifically for the American style brass ensemble, which uses Bb trumpets and F horns. Our summer and winter shows are filled with popular music that your whole family can sing along to and enjoy!

All of our concerts are always FREE to attend and there is no age restriction for audience members. Donations are accepted if you feel inclined to give at our concerts!

We always socialize after concerts and we have an annual BBQ at a local park where we can meet each other’s families and break bread together.

There are NO DUES required to participate. We have a partnership with Larksfield Place Retirement Communities who generously makes it possible for Intrepid Brass Band to function. Thank you Larksfield Place!
